Danielle Fails

Ok, I think I forgot some stuff and not too much interesting happened today anyway.

French

We had to make a list of school related french words in groups. We we wnt over some of the words other groups wrote Chris and I were kind of beating ourselves up over it. There were so many words we could have added, but we only had about 21 words.

English

We went over MLA format. We got passwords for the computers (which we got to make up). We had to read other peoples' essays and make corrections. We learned that we can have water in that class, but we can't spit at the teacher. You would've thought we'd get to do that this year right? Which reminded me of something that happened in science the other day. Someone dropped their pencil while Mr. M was giving directions and it rolled toward him. Se picked up the pencil and handed it back to the kid saying, "you missed me. You should throw it harder next time".

Lunch

I don't think anything really happened here today. Oh, Angela became the pen watcher (i don't know either) and Chris tried to make me have some of his rice (he likes to try to make me eat some foods, even thought I tell him I don't like them).

Bake Shop

I almost wouldn't have been allowed to tell you most of what happened here today (which would've broken my heart), but the sub (yeah we still have a sub) decided to tell Chef what we did. So, we had to watch some movie about Mexico and it's food or something and write a paragraph to summarize the movie (even though most papers got collected before the movie was over). Well, the sub decided to make us fruit punch since we wanted some last class and a few kids mentioned it this class. Also, we learned that all of the food in the class room is expired by at least 3 months. Kind of scary, right? Oh, and the sub tried to make popcorn for us too, but it was also expired so it burnt in not even a minute (twice). Then the room smelt like burnt popcorn for the rest of the period. Oh, and we weren't allowed to get rainbow cookies this class like was planned. The principal, or someone, wouldn't let the sub give them to us.

Advisory

We discussed jokes at the beginning (didn't last too long). We mostly just hung out. Oh, and at the end of class I asked Mr. Cooper if he would save me from gym and he said no.

Gym

Ok, exercises so far are better than in middle school. We jogged 3 laps around the gym, did 5 push-ups, did 10 sit-ups, and then played trench. The first game and a half or 2 games were practically silent. After maybe the second game a sophomore in my class that I kind of know (Mike) asked I thought this game was better with more people in middle school and I said yes. Anyway, our team lost 8 to 6 I think. For a while we would win every other game. Oh, and in case you don't know I fail when it comes to gym. No, not the class. I just do awful and everything.. more so than I do in everything else.. which is a lot.

...And... I think that's it.. So..

Today is awesome because my order for Let It Snow came in at Barnes and Noble!
