HAPPY NEW YEARRR!!!

Happy New Year from everyone at 10 Months of Work! Its finally 2010! Yet the school year isn't over. Not even close..we still got a long way to go in this school year and we hope that you are all there with us every step of the way!

Hopefully Gomezzio will continue with the Christmas Nondenominational Holiday Break whatever thing video update whatevers....cuz he still hasn't put my video up! I think he has had a little trouble with the audio or something....

So my vacation has been good so far, i got some awesome gifts for Christmas, like Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks, a Beatles shirt, and a new phone just to name a few! My cousin came over for a few days were we just gamed constantly. Josh, his family, and I went to see Avatar in theaters, and it was a pretty awesome movie if i do say so myself. I am currently at Thespeedgamers New Years stream! and...thats about it i guess! Hopefully this post keeps u guys busy while Gomezzio fixes whatever he needs to fix!

To everyone's surprise, yes, I'm still here. No, I'm not dead.

Sorry that I haven't been posting, I would have, but I haven't been in school. I've been sick. I didn't want to bore you with all the farmville-ing I have been doing in my spare time. Because believe me, it would all be about farmville.

Maybe I'll make a random post or two, and I hope I'll be back in school again soon, so that I can have interesting things to write about.

12 Days of Christmas Break

Winter break starts today! Good news and bad news. Good news- No school for about 2 weeks! Bad news- No posts for about 2 weeks! We're essentially taking a haitus until we return to school.

We decided that we (the worker and Angela) will entertain you as we are away. But how? We'll be updating each day we're away. But we won't have school! So? Who says we need school to be entertaining? Each day we will post something, most likely a video each day. But I don't want to watch cute cats or videos of Wicked! You guys are way better! Yea, we know. The videos will be by us, of us, for you.

We will start that the first day of break, Christmas Eve.

It's been a while since I've done an E day post...

Morning- Got a ride from Lindsey's brother...? As I walked into the school, I tripped and fell, in front of people, and they laughed. I tried to get up, and slipped again. :/

French- Corrected homework, then started watching a movie with French subtitles that nobody will read. :$

English- Debating with the people in my row who will go in front of the class and read their Elevated Story. Mary went for us. She's in a different row. Mr. Amato told Mr. Tomlin that he is the Lord.

Lunch- New water number- 24 I believe? Gave Nick some homemade chocolate covered pretzels.

Science- Jeopardy game! We won by 200! Wooo!

Advisory- Tried to clean off the windows because of the fake snow, then worked on my collage. I added a cat's head. Next class I'll glue a duck's head to the cat's body. Kate thinks it's a good idea.

Study- Played with a Dreidle and talked to Patrick and Josh the entire time because we all had no homework.

Today is awesome because I'm a law breaker xD It's not as fun as you think.

Break Day 1- Christmas Eve!

12 Days of Winter Break

They aren't keeping any of the money, and it is totally legitimate! Join us there for a great time for a great cause! hopefully they put up the chat tonight so i have something exciting to do!

Today is awesome because off the Band Concert, and if you didn't know already, Jazz Improvisation, Concert Band, and Jazz Ensemble performed at it, all of which i play the piano in.

Notes on yesterday: did math in science, start physics stuff, so far my class is better at this then chemistry. quiz in algebra. Eric and Angela almost switched places in lunch. Mr. Cooper got our report card updates and was surprised cause i got 102 in science which is supposed to be impossible. In history we had to march in lines as if we were fighting in a war in ancient Greece, we kinda failed.

Got there early, watched Chris and Josh play with a few dradles that Josh brought in. I convinced him to give me one for a Hanukkah present and I got an orange one! Took a quiz. Reviewed stuff.

Worksheet while Amato checked notes. We were missing a desk in our row again. I am praying that I don't get put in this row again next month. Phone rang a lot, after third time Amato said not to answer it. Talked about elevated style.

Lunch

Gave Kevin my calculator and became a hero of the day. Talked.

Bake Shop

Made ginger bread men. I had to crack eggs. It wasn't that bad and once i cracked one almost perfectly. Then for the last 3 they turned out awfully.

Advisory

Sub. Nap time at the beginning (before everyone was there) it was quieter that it ever had been in there when I walked in. Then a lot of us kinda separated. Then people played hot and cold and I kinda played with my dradle.

Health

Notes. SHT (study hall time). Quiet. Did french work and a lot of science work. Randomly barely communicated with Chris. Got a new student. YOT (your own time) for the last 10 minutes or so. Got to leave early cause we were good.

Bus Ride

Communicated with Josh on the bus cause his is right next to mine. Learned something in spanish but I can't spell it so I won't share it.

That's about it.

Today is awesome because it will probably be the best day of health this year.

Put mousse and stuff on cup cakes that were dry cause they were supposed to be used 2 days ago. There was a big scoop of whipped cream with sprinkles neatly on top for the whole class and somehow nobody stepped in it.

Mr. Cooper forced me, Shea, and James to talk about what we're doing this weekend. He got disappointed in me when I said that I was doing nothing and that I don't usually really do anything. Had canned Rockstar. I like the stuff from the bottles better. (Yes I know it was jsut a different flavor.)

Gym

Last gym class!! Free day. Started just dribbling and being stupid with a basket ball. Then I walked with Cassie and Kayley (not sure how to spell her name). Then we helped set up a badminton net for other people. Sat and watch people and listened to Cassie and Kayley talk. Had to throw random stuff away because the teacher told me to. Then played catch/vollayball practice stuff/kicking a ball back and forth. None of them worked out too well. Then Chris randomly showed up playing tennis after we put the ball away and Cassie joined him while Kayley and I watched.

Bus Ride

Mike was hyper. It was very entertaining.

Snow day yesterday! So we had two A days in a row. Gonna be lazy this post.

Study

1: did work.
2: finished a map. did a 'find the difference' book type thing with Tyler for a while.

Science

1: sub. watched mythbusters. i ended up being the only one on the left side of the room at one point.
2. got our tests back. Mr. M is getting tired of bowing to me. got a 108 cause he scaled the tests again (by 10 points this time). did a lab with nick brown and tim crofoot today.

Lunch

2. we all tried to see if coffee cakes would melt in the sun like ice cream since there was a lot of sun. Angela got a lot of exercise.

1. learned about Skigen's relationship with his wife (that's 2 teachers i know abotu now)
2. got assigned the job of reminding Skigen to check homework. talked to him about our day off. helped olivia with some questions we had to do for classwork.

1. i dont really remember. but justin has been out for a long time and we had someone in our advisory text him and tell him that we all miss him.

Eric is Wild

I'd like to start this post off by saying: Hi Ian!

What can I say about art? Nothing. Boring. Yet somehow I like it. Mrs. Seagren called my painting "Wild." Her and her adjectives...

Health- Didn't take the test. We will do that on our first day of gym. Wtf.

Lunch- I wish I had second lunch just so I could see the fight. Instead, Angela and I watched the fancy water vending machine do it's magic. It's amazing.

Geometry- Ms. Levinsky stole Vigan's phone. Ian and I determined I'm on at least 8 sites. And apparently a prostitution site. Who would've thought?

Advisory- Worked on the decorations.

I don't wanna talk about it.

English- Hey! We have French and English right after one another. How ironic.

Lunch- Danielle was staring longingly at my Chex Mix.

Science- Project. Took too much control.

Advisory- Worked on the door. Kate and I had to go to the photo room to get some X-acto knives and cutting mats. When we were walking in the hallway Kate said in a low, deep voice "Razorblades.." A teacher walked past us and stared at her.

Study- Josh and I argued which vocal range he's in. Yea, I don't know. Oh! And we want to go sledding whenever it snows. Hopefully Nick won't develop any scars this time :P

Didn't know about one of our last homework assignments. I still did ok though on that section and the ones I actually did when everyone kept making me answer questions.

English

Quiz on the intro of Greek stuff. I only read about a paragraph of it and I was a little unsure about some of the answers that I put on the paper cause I thought that the book probably taught us something different than what I already knew. Somehow, though, I got 100. Then we went over conjunctions and interjections and got as far as explaining the first four lines in the Illiad.

Lunch

Eric accused me of staring at the Chex Mix. I was really staring at the Nick's Mix and I finally got it and finished it in the hallway. Chris kept stealing some.

Bake Shop

We attempted to start to make chocolate mousse today. So far ours doesn't look that great. I helped Ms. G set up cupcake tin things. Then watched her put in some badder (which didn't look that great) into the trays. got a 96 (I think) on the pie crust I had to make up Friday morning.

Advisory

We talked about middle school. Mr. Cooper thought that I moved here last year (for those of you who don't know I moved here in 6th grade). Mostly our thoughts revolved around the sticky notes we used to get (long and kinda strange story, anyone else can feel free to explain in the comments).

Gym

Badminton. Sucked today. Second game definitely made me sick of it. took down a net.

sub. it was mr. e who was the french sub's sub one day and is also chef's assistant's fiance. he was falling asleep at one point and someone threw a crumpled up piece of paper at him. did the study guide that took me about two minutes to finish. read a little and finished my chapter. didnt feel like reading anymore so i stared at the wall for about 20 minutes. ate some nick's mix. test got scheduled for friday. i hate this!

Ms. Levinsky made a paper fortune toy for Vigan and made random people do it... She then pretended it was a bird and it started eating him. Then she made it 'drink water.' Craaazy. Just like all the other math teachers in the district.

Advisory- Mrs. Lengyel had a headache so we sat in the dark and 'read.' Yea... Some people tried Irish Chocolate they stole from the guidance office and apparently it was gross. I had issues putting my phone number into Kate's phone.

History- Did practically nothing.

Lunch..seating issuesish...Kevin payed some of the tea party people to ask me to join them..how evil..i will not submit! i don't leave a man behind! (Josh)

Advisory..reading day..magazines and such..we started discussing something at the end of it but i completely forget what it was...

History..went over test taking and studying whatnot..me dont wanna take no test..

Eric's a Prodigy. Mrs. Petronis is Ironic.

Morning- Brought in my very fragile, gentile, touch-it-and-you-get-powdery-substance-on-you throne to Mr. Amato's, and was almost late to French.

French- Mrs. Petronis is sick while we learn about sickness. Didn't see that one coming.* Pwned the other team in Concentration.

English- Presented throne. Danielle failed. Mind if I go into detail, Danielle?

Thanks. The base of it was the top of a shoebox decorated in face snow. I put the actual throne inside the shoebox. There was some scrap snow in the bottom of the shoebox. The top was off and the throne was out, and Danielle needed something to lean against. So she put her hand on my desk not knowing the shoebox was there. She ended up flipping it and getting snow on her. -Giggle-

Mr. Amato said he never had a throne that would shed that much. Yay for me.

Lunch- Full of eighth-grade references. Oh, and pudding can explode.

Science- New seats. Now sit one table over with Nick still to the right of me. Got our topics for our group projects. Hydroelectic energy- Woo!... ?

Advisory- Made people run around the school. Chose our people for Secret Santa.

--It just occurred to me that Josh and Chris's advisory are doing it too. But Josh is Jewish...

Study- Learned that Ms. Bloski/Kilcourse got the Glee soundtrack and loves it. Great, another thing we have in common... I've never even met Ms. Bloski/Kilcourse -minus a brief hello during the school tour- and she calls me her "prodigy." According to my sister.

They're doing a kissing scene in acting. Josh is partnered with Jacki, and that'll be hard for him** because he's so tall and she's... so short.

Today is awesome because of Tiger. Yea.

Today is awesome because of Shay Carl (and company)'s trip to Vegas of awesomeness and their Flash Mob of uber awesomeness that made me scream out of sheer excitement and awe.

Danielle Watched Christmas Cartoons

Currently watch A Year Without a Santa Clause. I love Christmas cartoon movies. Yes, I am such a little kid.

Randomly followed people around. Copy Lady wasn't there yet so we couldn't get our homework from Tomlin.

Work. Talked about The Red Balloon (the movie we saw last class when we had a sub). Then played concentration. According to the other team Chris and I got most of the matches. Josh just liked to click the Eureka button. He was getting yelled at one time when he almost clicked it but it was actually right anyway.

English

Had in our thrones. Most people presented theirs. Nick and I had issues with some names. Josh gave me the wand he made with extras of the stuff he used on his throne. Had to grade everyone who presented. Almost wrote Gomezzio instead of Eric when it was his turn.

Lunch

Food! Chex mix (cheddar =/ still pretty good tho) and Nick's Mix scraps.

Bake Shop

Was on wash. Got very wet. Not fun. Had to stay a little late finishing.

Advisory

Had a field trip to Mr. Cooper's car. We were told that he would kill us if we stole it. Got Rockstars (technically from Mr. Cooper's son, thank you Ben). It tasted better than I thought it would. Picked secret santa names. I got myself the first time. Feel kinda bad that Talked randomly.

Gym

Play badminton. I suck. And I had to play with a tennis player who is also someone who cares about how the game goes. Dan was almost my partner. Then he told me I had to be Chris's. Which I feel bad about. Our team name: Something.

Bus Ride

Talking. I don't even try to explain anymore. People begging for some rockstar.

Today is awesome because of Rockstar and Mr. Cooper's son for giving them to us.

I had to take the bus home for the first time this year. I panicked and had Mary help me find the bus, only to reveal that it is parked right in front of the door. -sigh-]

In other news, my solo sucked (sarcasm) Mr. St.Georges was in a recording mood today so he recorded the song i soloed on, (i did an awesome solo if u couldn't conclude that) and after it was over everyone was like "you sucked!" (sarcasm) Ed went on one of his analogy sprees and he said my solo was like a love story or something.

Concert Band..boring..yet..still fun..

Lunch...Josh and me discussed The Beatles as we always do..then we got into a dispute about like a million different things..

Advisory..for one reason or another, Mr. Lewis completely reversed his room, which was kinda wierdish..we discussed food..then we got into a heated dispute about where Pizza was invented. Everyone (except Matt, he said it was invented in China....??) said it was in Italy. Matt wouldn't give up, so we forced Mr. Lewis to find it on the internet..we won..Matt lost..teehee

History..test on friday!?!?!?!!??....Note taking..and other whatnot..found out that Mr. Tomlin isn't Christian, which narrows it down. (i asked him to put christmas music on, and he said he doesn't like doing that cuz hes not Christian)

Danielle Posts Later Than Planned

I was going to post yesterday, but then I actually found something to do.

Study

Took notes in science and history. Forgot to mention in my last post about Mr. Tomlin's pass that he gives to people who don't have their planner. It's the top of a box and it says 'pass from Tomlin' inside with some scribbles.

Science

Got a 99 on the test, but since Mr. M raised everyone's grade by 6 points since most people did really bad I got a 105. And he was disappointed in me again for getting one wrong. Took notes and made models of diamond and graphite. Only one group finished graphite.

Algebra

Corrected homework even though Skigen put the answers online and told us we had to check them at home. Got to pass out test papers. I got a 97. Made Angela help me with the kids I barely knew. Started my homework and had to leave when I had only 4 left.

Advisory

Took picture retakes. Remembered my money this time! The people were hiding in the background and didn't come out til an older girl walked right up to them and ask if she could get her retakes. When I got back to advisory apparently they made up a new game call blindfolded stick fight. Sounds safe, right? Only three people were blindfolded, one was trying to balance a ruler on his finger I think, one was hitting a desk with the ruler, and me and someone else were just sitting and watching. Later Mr. Cooper and Brett played hockey kinda with the yard sticks and a roll of tape.

History

People kept coming in and out all class! One person got a balloon. I wanted one. Ian drew a face on it. Tomlin kept hitting it around the room and other people would join in. Tomlin had to keep telling the student counsel people what to do to set up for homecoming. We took a weekly quiz that was actually pretty easy for me but I got angry when we went over it cause I screwed up stuff I wasn't sure about. Some girls got excited to see New Moon after homecoming and one person got angry cause New Moon came out when Harry Potter was supposed to.

That's about it.

Friday was awesome because I got an impossible score on my science test.

Danielle's Special Post With a Special Appearance From Special Fries (Special Enough For You?)

Attempt at putting info in here from all the days I've missed. I'm sorry, but I've been a little busy. Might not follow my format too well.

Stuff you've missed: science test yesterday, Mr. M asked me if I did well after I handed it in and I said that I hoped so and he said he'd take that. So far highest grade was in the 40's (that we were told of). Amato unhappy that nobody from his other class was going on the field trip for french class. James got his schedule changed yesterday and is now in my study and algebra classes. Eric used something that was in his karma journal related to me for an example in history(2 classes ago sorry its late). Oh, and my bus driver has a date for Saturday I guess. Celebrated Chris's birthday. Sorry, but I can't really remember anything else. And I think I had some good stuff to share. too. Oh well, that's all of interest that I remember

Today:

French

Went over work. Test. Got lyrics to some songs that the band we were going to see might play.

English

Quiz. When it was time to leave Eric said to Amato: "Can we go now?" and sounded impatient.

Random talking through all bus rides. Josh was sick. Got animal crackers on the first ride. One fell on the floor and that ended up being Josh rather than have him be invisible.

Watched concert. Randomly talked to Chris and Eric throughout. It was pretty cool. Eric made a rent reference. People learned to dance. The drummer danced with a tree. They're cool people.

Basically today we left one high school to go to another and we spent a lot of the day on a bus. Listened to music with Chris on his phone. He took videos and pictures on it and recordings.

Ate at Maggie McFly's. Reminisced with Eric. Lots of other fun stuff.

Got to school 20 minutes later than we were supposed to. Missed gym. Apparently missed a bake shop quiz.

Learned stuff. Special fries spontaneously combust. Complained with Eric about things that could happen so we never get our food.

It was a fun day!

I think I basically covered everything.

Today is awesome because of Feufollet! The band we saw. They sing in french, but they're still cool, look them up!

Art- Failed at drawing chess pieces.

Health- Went to the weight room and got our body fat index. People were playing catch with medicine balls and doing flips on some equipment.

Geometry- Took a test. It was so hard I wanted to cry. But no homework!!! Second time this year.

Advisory- Went down to Mr. Lewis's room. Voted on Homecoming queens and kings, and read about texting while driving.

History- My sister skipped her last class and sat in Mr. Tomlin's chair the entire class. Ugh. She randomly told me twice that my mom was in Dave & Busters.

After school- Stayed after and finished the English project. Talked to Kasey and Olivia as Whitney was doing her narration. We can't be near each other or else we start laughing.

Today is awesome because Glee's on! And I had the world's best french fries earlier. AND BECAUSE WE HAVE 200 FREAKIN POSTS. AND ONLY LIKE 3 MONTHS OF SCHOOL.

Mixed acids and bases with indicator stuff so we could tell when it was neutralized. Then waited for it to turn pink! Reviewed for the test next class. At the beginning of class we were told about a meteor shower early tomorrow morning and it was recommended that we stay up to see it.

Lunch

Random talking. Got a seat assigned.

Algebra

Talked to Mr. Skigen (my new buddy!) then took a test. Lasted all class for some people. Read til everyone was finished. Skigen asked if anyone wanted homework, we said no, so no homework! He got annoyed because it was quiet for so long. And I will include this for those kids in an advisory in his room: No talking ever! (Sounds like it would come from Mr. Tomlin's class.)

Mr. Cooper was tired. We had to go to a meeting about spirit week. I'm determined to do better than the past freshman (though it shouldn't be too hard, especially the sophomores).

History

Went over karma journals. Apparently once all that anyone wrote was 'forgot karma journal' under bad karma. Learned what past freshman did to decorate their hallway. Meditated. Three upperclassmen joined the class just for meditating.

Talked randomly at the beginning. Then it was mentioned that we should tell jokes one day and someone got out their itouch and started reading some jokes from the sex jokes app. It was a funny and awkward class at the same time.

Gym

Got to be in a group of 3 for weight lifting today. Didn't have to do as much work. Didn't hurt as much as last time. Yay.

Yesterday was awesome because of bingo and animal crackers.

First off, Health. We went to the weight room and weighed ourselves and found our fat percentage whatever.

Next, English. We had a substitute for the second half of the class...Josh is my partner in the project thing..we discussed his party plans and the project and started our homework.

Lunch..Gomezzio had the greatest cookies ever. Argued with Kevin about the awesomeness of Spirit Tracks.

Science..substitute..watched a movie and took notes. Gomezzio said "Thats what she said" about a million times. He had my ruler and wouldn't let go, (thats what she said..damn he got me doing it) so i started hitting it with my pen (.....) and apparently the ballpoint of the pen flew off and the ink sprayed all over (I refuse to say it!) Gomezzio's arm and shirt..at first he thought i just spit on him, then thought I spit blood, but then he realized it was ink.

Advisory..Played through the Chamber Choir song for Mr. Lewis. Him and Matt were having a debate over the guitar part to Blackbird.

Advisory- Our advisory had to be in the Photo 1 room - Mrs. Lengyel's normal room because they were doing some mysterious thing in the guidance conference room. We did nothing... Except go into the Time Travel Portal of Magic!

Yea, we went into the Dark Room because we wanted to. The entrance was like a revolving door except you couldn't see anything while inside the tube you spin in.

Study- Finished all my homework. Learned I'm not popular enough to sign out with 'Eric G.' :/ Josh gave me animal crackers that were way better than the ones I brought to lunch.

Today is awesome because I started my trading site!

Yay, another combination post. Then I need to catch up on reading the posts too.

Sorry that I don't remember much from yesterday and that I forgot to post for Friday.

Yesterday

Study-tired, science and french homework. Science-had a discussion about not judging yourself based on other people, then actually got into science work. Algebra-moved seats, now i sit right next to Skigen. Advisory-was told that boys are fun to watch but not to try to understand by Mr. Cooper, got candy, listened to talking. History-Hinduism talk.

French

Work. Said Happy Birthday to Josh then he had to answer questions about his birthday. Learned that Eric is his friends (yes plural). Eric had to sit in the sit next to me (kinda) so that he could see.

English

Was the third person to share my (awful) myth. Helped bring in books. Made a constellation with glue (to Nick: glue!) and paper that came from the hole punch thing. There were a lot of 'stars' left all over the floor. Got one of the 'new' books.

Lunch

Talked.

Bake Shop

Made cinnamon rolls. Didn't cook them yet. Ate some that Chef made.

Advisory

Candy. Answered questions. Got the 2013 t-shirts. Mr. Cooper kept trying to keep us on topic. It didn't really work. Everyone was hyper.

Gym

I died. Enough said. We lifted weights in multiple different ways all class. I didn't really hurt myself or drop anything or fall or whatever. I'm pretty good at stopping something before it or I fall. I couldn't lift some stuff. Chris yet again I am sorry that you were stuck with me as your partner. Story time: first station we were at was squats with a bar on your back. I could barely hold it up. I did half a squat then had to put it back. I shook uncontrollably for about 3 more minutes. At the end of the class I couldn't feel my arms or legs. It hurt to do pretty much everything.

Home

Took a nap. Fell asleep for about an hour. Felt mostly better when I woke up.

Today was awesome until gym because of story time in English.

Morning- Talked and whatnot. Morgan totally gave Kasey the cold shoulder.

Art- Almost done with my Pop Art, and I kinda like what it looks like. Ms. Seagren checked our sketch books again and put 'Wow!' on almost all of mine. She said my drawing of a flower -albeit, a lot of flowers, each petal a different color and style- looked like a chicken, and she wanted to frame it and hang it up in her house. Then she had to show it to everyone. Zach Plourde said I'm her favorite, which is probably true...

Health- Did the test, watched Super Size Me some more. Everyone was freaking out because there was a 'taranjula' on the ceiling. Mr. Donaghy inspected and said "It's just a cricket. Wait.. it might be a cockroach." The students replied, "KILL IT KILL IT KILL IT!" Donaghy decided to be all spiritual saying how it is part of the circle of life and to kill it would disrupt the pattern...

Way to lunch- Kasey went to get some hand sanitizer from the motion sensor thing. Then I tried, and failed. I put my hand under it, nothing happens. Then she puts her hand underneath it again and it works for her, again :/ Then I tripped up the stairs. Thankfully, the only person who saw was Kasey.

Lunch- Begged Kasey to give me all the Triceratops she finds in my animal crackers.

Geometry- I think I did pretty well on that test. Then note taking -dun dun dun.- I had to have Hailey help me. And then... the graph. -dun dun dun dun.- I had to walk up to the board to even see it. I was the second to last person who finished it. :\

Way to advisory- Kasey didn't find any Triceratops in my animal crackers during science. She took them with her.

Advisory- **ATTEMPTED** to choose a community service project. HAHAHA, no.

History- Luckily Tayler switched seats with me so I could see the board. "YAY" exclaimed Jake, finally being able to see the board because he's so short, and Tayler's so tall. "But Eric's head is so big..." This isn't the first time we were caught in this predicament. Talk about Dharma and Karma. "Untouchables could be tanners as a profession." "Like Full House?" ~Nick Barra.

After History- I had to have Lindsey locate my sister's locker so I could get her stuff because she was absent. I didn't want to look like an idiot inspecting the numbers on senior's locker with squinted eyes.

Today is awesome because even though I didn't really... see anything, this was probably the most amusing day I've had in a while.

Nick has a week to learn a song!

For Chamber Choir, I'm playing the piano accompaniment on one of the songs for Fine Arts Night, which is next Tuesday, and i just got the music for it today..I'm making too big of a deal out of it than it actually is.

I woke up with a sore throat and a cough this morning..fun..

Kevin Apologizes + Kitten Story

I HAVEN'T POSTED IN A WHILE I'M SORRY!!!!

Ya sorry for that I was so busy I forgot (even after my promises) but I'm back now and I'm being punished.

School has been going well and theres not that much to tell you.

I'm also going to try my hand at nanowrimo.

So heres my punishment, I wanted it to be way longer when I wrote the first paragraph but to meet the deadline I had to incredibly shorter than I wanted it.

So here it is:

Lightning flashed. Thunder, deafening loud boomed in monstrous echoes. Prattling rain continuously pounded on an abandoned shed that housed a lonely kitten. Snowy white fur now soggy due to the poor construction of this particular shed. The white furred kitten's name was Angel. Unfortunately the only thing Angel knew about himself was his name, he had no recollection of his past at all. The only thing he had was an ivory collar that had human writing on it. Angel wished he could read the human scratches but to his dismay he either never learned to read it or he forgot how. Angel confused and frightened, waited out the storm. Eventually stating in that leaking shed for hours Angel drifted off to sleep. Pictures, words, scenes all like fragmented movie clips reeling around inside his head, then slowing down he could see each one more clearly the before, then nothing.

Angel woke to a gleaming ray of brilliant sunlight. The rain had stop and the sky was a brilliant shade of blue. He found himself in a luxurious hotel bay window. His gleaming white fur brushed and polished. Staring at his reflection in the crystal window he caught a glance of a small cardboard box. Angel had a sudden flashback to the day before when a little gray kitten had asked him for food. But he had laughed at her and told her that this food was worth too much to give to a lowly peasant like her. “Oh No!”, exclaimed Angel, what an awful thing to do. So the next time his master took him outside he held a bundle of food in his paws. When they made it out of the lobby Angel leaped out of his master's hands, picking up the bundle in his mouth and he bounded out the door and right up to the little gray kitten. He placed the bundle of food down at her feet. “I'm sorry for the way I acted yesterday so I thought I'd bring some food as an apology.” he exclaimed through a series of eccentric meows. The gray kitten said a muffled thanks as she dug into the exquisite food. After she had gulped down the rest of the food she properly introduced herself as Cinder. Thats when Angel's master came over to get him.
She then noticed Cinder, “Why what do we have here? What a cute little kitten, do u think we should keep her?” They both meowed happily in reply. “OK but u need a name. Hmmmmm how about Cinderella? Like the color of your fur?”. “Thats purrrrfect” Cinderella meowed back.

Cinderella found her guardian Angel and they became best friends. THE END

Today is awesome cause I finished my punishment on time.
Today is not awesome cause I have a 101.4 fever and can't go to school tomorrow.

Morning

Quiet on the bus. Bus driver randomly asked me if we had Monday of Wednesday next week off then said that she should go to a play. A ladybug followed me to school. Chris and I took forever to get it to a kinda safe place.

Study

History work. Finished with a little time left.

Science

Notes. Made molecules models. Got to be in an example for one. Mr. M was walking around with a butterfly net at one point 'in case someone starts to fly away'. While Mr. M was out of the room at one point I had to hear one of the girls in my class say 'I haven't had sex it two days' and then get kinda upset.

Lunch

Eric was trying to get me to put some of my drink in a cap and then drink it for some reason.

Algebra

Skigen asked what my grades were in my other classes. Took a quiz. Had issues before that cuz there were supposed to be 2 sides, after he sent Mrs. Hankey to make copies he figured out that they were on separate pages, we got the two pages, when Mrs. Hankey came back she said that she couldn't get copies made anyway.

Advisory

Sub. (Forgot to mention that 2 classes ago we all hid from Mr. Cooper and he got confused at where we were.) Got report cards, but only because someone in our class was already at the office so he could bring them back. Went over grades kinda. Read.

History

Quiz. Complained that Rex and Chris were talking through me and John kept turning around to talk to Rex and then Chris would try to beat Rex in answering the question and I would get very distracted. Rex said that I sounded like him and told me to stop then a while later distracted me on purpose. Took fun notes. Tomlin poured water on the floor. We were told that we are nothing more than cups in the idea of Hinduism. Tried to figure out how you could fail at being a plant or an object. Chris got scared of me.

Bus Ride

Read.

Chris kept trying to start a thumb war with me all day.

Today is awesome because of report cards and history. (I don't remember what I was going to put for this earlier.)

Chris is a rainbow..

study- did geom, english, and french. nuttin much. noone would play thumb war with me.

artskills- worked on pictures. heard about the quest for brown again. got colorful. yayy for putting my arm in the craypas

advisory- report cards, heard about how "awesome" josh is. and how he already is eligable for scholarships. grr.

Kinda fell asleep on the bus.

French

Learned my grade. Immediately followed by a 'your hands are cold' from Mrs. Petronis. She got me in trouble with Chris by saying that I was beating him by one point. He was trying to kill me after that.

English

Adverb test. Gonna accompany Nick for the retake. Started mythology!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (sorry Mr. Amato) It's a lot more complicated than we are led to believe. I learned a lot of secrets. I didn't move my seat but everyone around me did. I feel lonely now. There is a person between me and Nick now, Eric is behind me but I will rarely turn around, Chris is behind him so he is really far away, and Josh is on the other side of the room. Chris and Eric took the only two highlighters that I had with me. Used a red pen instead of a highlighter, like everyone else.

Lunch

Got Nick to give me a Hershey's kiss with caramel and convinced Kevin to let me have the Hershey's bar that he took from Nick.

Bake Shop

Got a 95 on the measurement test that I took today. The one I corrected got a 55. Had to put stuff away from both a person who washed and a dish washer. Couldn't figure out where about half the stuff went. Tried to stuff breakable objects in a cabinet without setting them up to fall at some point. People made candy apples, but I don't know what happened to them though.

Advisory

Mrs. Blasi's (not sure about spelling so those of you who have her class may correct me) advisory came in. Our advisory had a picture taken even though Shea wasn't here. It was very difficult to get one good picture. Then got a 'love note' which was actually a list of my classes. Apparently it had something to do with what my mom said to the guidance counselor. Hung out with Alicia. That's about it.

Gym

Kickball. Gave Cassie a high five most of the time when we switched sides. Chris got lectured by Mike because of him being angry about me doing better than him. Our team lost.

Bus Ride

Listened to Dan and Mike attempt to outsmart each other in 'Mike's world'. I don't really know.

Science- oh jeopardy.. how we tied so... oh well. both teams had 0 points. lmao. we both failed. if only they listened to me...

Gym- kickball. lotsa runnin. weeee every ten seconds.

English- Probably the best English class ever. We took a mega-hard quiz. I was determined I was going to get at the most a 78. My grade?... 91!!! I know!?!?! We got new seats, and I like mine! I think I would have rather stayed next to Josh but now I sit closer to the board, with Lindsay next to me [like pretty much every class...] Danielle in front of me, Rhiannon diagonal from me, Nick at a steeper diagonal from me, and Chris behind me. We started learning about Greek mythology! Yay!

Lunch- Angela told us a story about how she had two criers in the karate class she teaches yesterday.

Science- Jeopardy. What is produced by incomplete combustion and is dangerous? Nick: SMOKE!... It was carbon monoxide. Our team [It] BARELY beat the other team [Ravenclaw]. I was shocked.

Advisory- Read my English packet. I love Greek mythology.

Study- Finished EVERY part of my homeworks -except for health.- Josh showed me his theorem that neutrons are actually negative... :P It was a pretty awesome study.

Today is awesome because I have to go cut out food labels. AND THEYRE SINGING DEFYING GRAVITY ON THIS EPISODE OF GLEE. AHHH

Danielle Gets Guidance

Morning

First thing everyone at my bus stop said was "we can see!"

Study

Had to go see the guidance counselor. Learned that I was signed up for an honors science class when I'm actually in a CP Science class. Almost got lost on the way there. Got back to study with about 10 minutes left. Oh, and when I got to guidance Mrs. Metzler wasn't even ready for me for about 10-15 minutes.

Science

Finished the lab. Had to listen to my lab partners talk about sex. Not fun at all. Talked to Mr. M about how I might get moved into the honors science class that takes place at the same time as ours, with Mr. Cooper. Decided that since it doesn't really matter what level science class I'm in and I'm going to end up in honors next year anyway, I'm just going to stay in this class. I would miss him anyway. But, as soon as I got back to my group I realized that I didn't want to stay with these people. I'll survive, though. Just like I survived elementary school. Fun as usual. Learned about Hinduism. Actually got to take notes. The religion slide kept being in the wrong spot.

Had bus 16 instead of 67 like we had in the morning.

Sorry my post is so late, but I keep finding other things to do.

Friday Morning

Socialized with Emily and Dan while he was still on. He gets off the bus early every morning. Had an awesome trade with Eric, lab report for rocks. All day starting now I watched random juniors and seniors that were dressed up.

French

Did practice work, read a story. Mrs. Petronis was proud of us cause it was our first real story that we read in french and we could understand it well. Got pretzels. Said happy birthday to Mary. Gave out the first few rocks.

English

Gave Nick his rock. Took a test. Was kinda easier than I thought it would be but I still probably failed. Tomlin watched us for a while and someone told him his tests are better. (and his kinda are cause the multiple choice letters are cool)

Lunch

Gave out more rocks. Got another zoo.

Bake Shop

Make stuffed bread again. Took another measurement test before that. Costumes: toilet, pirate, policeman, someone form the matrix (not sure about spelling there, feel free to edit it). Had 20 minutes to eat. Listened to Sal complain to another group about how we lost a tray and blamed them for taking it. They did. Then they tried to make it up to us. The other two ended up getting bread anyway.

Advisory

Gave Mr. Cooper a rock. He was excited about it, which made me happy. Talked about pranks. Were told that on Monday we have to tell him who did what and who got arrested.

Gym

Played trench. A cool divider curtain came down. Got bored easily. Chris tried to make me play volleyball or basketball (our other choices) but I didn't want to do those things either.

Bus Ride

Socialized kinda.

Friday was awesome because it was our last day on Lord of the Flies.
Today is awesome because it is the first day of NaNoWriMo!!!

Eric is in a good mood

Wow, 2 months of school? Frrealz? Now I see how summer went by so fast. 2 months goes by really fast.

Halloween tomorrow! Z-day today!

Morning- My sister had to pick up Heather -junior- and Alaina -freshmen- so I was relatively lateish. My sister is dressed as a dragonflyish. She's wearing a tutu, pleather, and wings. Got my Trick or Treat rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a collector's edition disco-ball inspired rock!

French- Did morning exercises, corrected homework, learned the word for Murder, and read a story in French... I shouldn't speak aloud in French anymore. Got pretzels :D Oh, I wasn't supposed to tell you that! She only brought them for us :]

English- Lord of the Flies test. I really think I did awful.

Lunch- I ate. I just blew your mind. They're still showing that slide show about halloween costumes that they've showed for a week. Angela got the collector's limited edition blue checkers rock. -I'm giving all of these rocks names- Danielle, who got the collector's edition crystal rock?

Science- Took some notes.

Advisory- Halloween party!!! Wait, ssssh. We had no party. And I didn't have candy corn, sour cream and onion chips, munchkins, and mountain dew. Mrs. Lengyel agreed my sister looked dragonfly-ish.

Study- Finished history notes, did practically nothing. Josh begged for the rest of the bag of sour cream and onion. We attempted to play with a bouncy ball... Attempted to, at least. I finally tried the motion-sensor hand sanitizer -by the library- it was AWESOME.

Today is awesome because of Juicy Juice. And because tomorrow's Halloween!?! Already?!?!

Bus wouldn't start again when we were supposed to get off. Want to study a different way than normal and went kinda early.

Study

Had Chris help with the history map cause I fail with technology. Took science notes. Let Tyler convince me to only pay attention to the bold letters. Ian came over at the end to get map answers from Chris. Finished my notes quickly and was proud of myself. Talked to Tyler and Chris a little. Wanted to read, but was too tired and decided not to. A sophomore from my gym class, Noah, was asking us and some other people if they had money. None of this was in order.

Science

Got bowed to again. Justin got mad at me cause I only beat him by 2 points. Started a lab that will go into next class. Got stuck with a sophomore named Chelsea (she already failed this class and she is again now) and Erdel, who is normally my partner. Neither of them will really work especially when they are near each other. Got to hear kind of awkward conversations between them.

Lunch

Got animal crackers from Eric. Saved the camel and cat to show Josh. Ended up with two camels. Ate my 'zoo' of failed attempts for Eric to actually give me a camel.

Algebra

Tried not to fall asleep. Took notes and whatnot. Learned that the lady that comes in with our newest student, Nick, has the last name 'Hankey' (not sure on spelling). When Skigen found out he said 'like Mr. Hankey? the Christmas poo?' And she tried to defend herself by saying that she didn't choose the name just the man that came with it.

Advisory

Talked randomly. Got invited to a haunted house thing in the auditorium. I was forced to lead the way through there. Couldn't see anything, really. Saw a random person with a white mask sitting in a seat. Movie playing on a screen in front that someone said was Batman. Got confused. It wasn't even attempting to be scary. Nothing happened there. When we left someone closed the door and said 'the door is closed forever!' and I said to Mr. Cooper 'was that the scary part?' and we decided that it was. Mr. Cooper made fun of my backpack, then discussed that I will end up breaking my back with it. When we got back to class we learned everyone's middle names.

History

Discussed cows. Our class didn't get it. I couldn't stop laughing. Then some discussing of the Aryans. Last minute notes. Oh, and we had the most difficult quiz of all time! (Will go into more detail either here or on my own blog once I'm sure everyone has taken it.) I love this class.

Bus Ride

Had to pull over because the battery box was open or something. We had bus 67 again. Socialized again.

That's about it.

Today is awesome (and notsome at the same time) because I have to gather Trick or Treat Rocks tonight and decorate them. (More detail later.)

Art- drew cheesecakes. yummy. was used for mah hahnd. just let that spelling go....

Geometry- did work for about 30 min. spent the rest of the class killing steve's 1st gen shuffle

Advisory- did some packet thing.

History- talked about mr moocow. er. ms or mrs moocow. spent about 20 min on that, then rest of class doing god knows what. didnt get to ask my question/ make my comment. oh well.

jazz improv..mr st.georges wasn't there so we ran through our songs ourselves and jammed after..i played on the drums a little bit

concert band..mr st.georges magically appeared..did some thing on rhythms and ran through a couple songs..

lunch..average..saved my candy for advisory..

got to advisory...ate my candy..got invited to some "scary" thing in the auditorium..it wasnt scary at all, but there was like something on one of the corridors and down the stairs that made it slippery (it was pitch black so i had no clue what) and as i was going down the stairs i slipped on it and fell down the stairs..i hit my hand on the railing or something..im okay but thats a health hazard....hehe..we got candy after..i gave mine to..someone..i forget who won the fight over it.

history..talked about cows..and how history is different in different countries..

on the way home..played scribblenauts on doms ds yet again..

today is awsome cuz of it being the day before thespeedgamers resident evil marathon starts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Danielle Fails at Posting

Sorry for not posting yesterday.

Summary of yesterday: Did algebra in study, Mr. Skigen was there for a while, but didn't see me. Took a test in science. Jamie sits next to me in algebra now! Random work, people talked about South Park. Tomlin gave us answers on part of the homework. About all I remember. I had good stuff to include I thought too. Yesterday was awesome because I had fun writing a story for english homework.

French

Got quiz back. Learned that we will do exercises at the beginning of every class now. Talked to Josh. he told me about part of The Shining that he watched.

English

Studied with computer games. Our team won jeopardy with over 1 million points (literally). Other team almost bet -200 pints when they guessed for final jeopardy.

Lunch

Convinced Nick to give me a crunch bar. Later he gave me a pretzel. Chris gave me the won that Nick gave him, too, after giving he traded my cookies to Eric.

Bake Shop

Chef went on a field trip. Cooked pizza. Was pretty good, but Chris said it was awful. Random conversations at the end.

Advisory

Read a story thing. Got off topic afterward. Kid came in at the beginning and asked for candy.

Gym

In locker room we talked about the story for about 2 minutes. Played volleyball. I hate that game (no offense everyone). Failed. Locker room again, got dark in about half of it.

Bus

Socialized, like yesterday.

Today was awesome because of jeopardy, I guess.
