Danielle Can't Remember Much

i dont remember a lot of what happened in school yesterday so this will be a really short post.

Morning

found out my cousin's new first class on A days is right across from my locker and where i usually hang out in the mornings. i kept her company for a while in what i believe she told me was a civics classroom. i met her teacher and he was cool.

Art

started shading. i had to finish drawing first.

Science

made circuits. im glad that Josh C. replaced Erdal because im nto good with that kind of stuff and Josh did all the work really.

Lunch

Talking. had to sit on the wrong side of the table again thanks to angela and eric. the sun was in my eyes at first and it hurt.

Algebra

went over our packets. i had to look over some else's too cause they werent there. mr. skigen started writing up on the actual smart board last class and this class he continued then sat in different places to use the other thing. we started chapter 7.

Advisory

stayed an extra 5 minutes. got reports cards. Midterm results:

History

Weekly quiz that i got angry at myself for once i was finished. Mr Geary and Amato came in and talked about the beard contest and stuff.

Eric's on team Jojo

There was an accident on the highway this morning. I came in a couple minutes later than usual :p My sister had to go to court (talking on the phone while driving...) so I was freaking out about when to check my texts because my mom was going to text me telling me how I'm getting home. I didn't want a repeat of last time...

Morning- *Josh and Nick begin to walk away* Me: Don't leave me!!! *Kasey and Jami walk over* Ok, you can leave.

Danielle was in a mysterious room across from us.

Study- I was by myself for a while because Chris came in late. Then Donald and Chris were explaining eggloaf to me.

Digital Media- No Mr. Riello. We had Mr. Erwenhauser. It turns out it's his last day =p He gave us an 'essay' [which was required that it be only a page long] about freelance television camera operators. Then we sat around for an hour doing nothing. I think I like this class. Mr. Erwenhauser fell asleep. I'm gonna miss him.

Lunch- Exchanged our choices for electives. Final Score- Eric- 3. Angela- 2. Don't ask.
We all ran in fear from Alma. Kasey gave me some Trident Layers gum, and I have to say, I think Pineapple/Greenapple is my favorite flavor. Sorry, Ayng.

Geometry- Ian offered me Trident Layers. It was the same one Angela gave me. I declined. He was insulted. Sorry.

Advisory- Sat in the dark some more. We talked about our team name and symbol. We have the following choices- Panthers. Jojo. Squirrels. T-shirts. Heffalumps. Kate and I showed each other pictures of our cats on our cell phones. Got report cards. --I'm 0.1 point away from high honors. *facepalm* In other news, I got a 100 on the art final!!!--

History- Tomlin showed us pictures of Greek stuff. He  got his picture taken. Not a smile to be seen.

Today is awesome because Laura asked her mom if she could bootleg Wicked for me when she sees it, before I even asked her if she could. I love my life.

Eric has Quarter Skillz

My sister, mom, and I were listening to the radio before school. It said "weathermen predict that it will start flurrying during the night"... * conveniently starts snowing*

Advisory- Did, um... Nothing.

French- Got recommendations. French 3 Honors. Mrs. Petronis asked if I wanted to take another language. I declined.

English- More recommendations. Honors. He said I'm doing good. :p We watched a movie and got the Odyssey. :/ We got the announcement that there's an early dismissal, and I started panicking and I didn't know what to do.

Lunch- My sister randomly came in and told me that dad's picking us up for dismissal. Angela and I were rolling quarters. Skillz. I can roll two at once.

Science- Last class that Ms. Blasi is teaching until may =/ Apparently my dad picked us up like an hour early, so when she said "Eric, have a good day." I said "Me Eric?" It would have made more sense if there was more than 1 Eric in the class, but no. She still has my form sheet, so...

Locker- I stopped at the guidance office and asked them what to do. I'll hand it in on Monday I guess?

Ride Home- We also had to pick my brother up from community college. He told us his class ends at eleven, but he apparently actually said that it starts at eleven, so we sat in the car for a hour. My dad was pissssed.

Today is awesome because of Bones. And quarter skills.

Danielle is a Greek

Very complicated day. it started snowing a little while before my bus arrived at school.

Advisory

no donuts :(. got our papers. Mr Cooper was trying to think of some electives that i could take. talked.

French

recommendation: french 3 honors. talked about planes crashing and how life vests wouldn't really help. then we talked about people getting on and off the plane during the flight. then played concentration and our team won even though the other team had two chances.

this reminded me of yesterday in history when we talked about the process of drowning (sorry i forgot to include it)

English

we have a student teacher in here who taught for a while. went over work. Amato told us that we wouldnt get dismissed early because the district only cares about the little kids and it wouldnt be good for them. then when there was an announcement saying that we would be dismissed at 11:50 he got all excited and started passing out The Odyssey very quickly and practically throwing the books at us saying that he had to get home. then someone said 'too bed it's not until 11:50' and he slowed down. got recommended for honors english but i need to talk a lot more. Oh, and he was telling us how to pronounce somebody's name in both Greek and Roman then he said that we're all Greek to him.

Study

filled out my electives. i only left one space blank. then i read some of the Odyssey.

Lunch

Matt joined us because there wasnt any room where he usually sits. talked a little.

Danielle Has a Strange Schedule

Quick post again i had a good day! sorry i dont remember everything so it wont be too good.

Advisory (first 10 minutes)

Mr Cooper said he almost got us donuts for the morning. we got our sign up sheet for courses for next year. Talked a little.

Art

Sketched in the sketch pad for a while. then began our still life project. we had to walk around at one point and see everyone's papers. i was a slow worker. before that seagren looked at all of ours. she said that there was a lot of talent in this class and i felt left out cause i'm dont have any at least not for this class. she told almost everyone that they were doing good or she liked their work but at my table she said it to Kate, Amber, and Tyler but not me.

Science

got signed up for honors biology. got an 89 on the midterm but i think the paper said that my final grade for the semester was 120. played with electricity. one of the machines didnt work.

Lunch

Seating arrangement was screwed up. Talked a lot. Apparently i'm in honors i dont know. Alma hurt people in the hallway and i avoided her.

Algebra

notes. didnt get much work done. seats changed. i moved over one seat and now mr skigen is too far away :(. got recommended for honors geometry and algebra 2 and skigen said he wouldnt recommend that to most people and he thinks i'll do well. i'm closer to angela and jami now and we talked a lot.

History

got recommended for honors history. notes. no chinese people showed up.

Advisory (second 10 minutes)

handed in the papers. got restless. talked. we might get donuts tomorrow!

Bus Ride

dan helped my bus driver (diane) study for a test. we got off the highway early. other buses got stuck.

i think thats about it. sorry i didnt get to include a lot of details.

Today is awesome because I didn't have to do homework thanks to G block study!

lunch- upperclassman friend made fun of chinese people...... and homemade instruments

stagecraft2- cleaned the stage, folded a giant piece of cloth up. it went from the back of the stage to the main office, and had pizza.

Geometry- Got our course recommendations and did a worksheet. Looks like I'm taking Algebra 2 Honors next year. But wow, Danielle, good luck next year. -I'll let her tell you the news-

History- No Chinese people :p Got course recommendations (U.S. History 1 Honors) and um, other things of which I can't remember.

10 more Minutes of Advisory- Talked to Kevin. It felt weird. Looked at the "Rdy 2 stop smokng" sign some more. I almost collided into Kate, with my head. Yea.

Lockers- Rhiannon and I were walking down the freshmen hall, and then, all of a sudden, the nurse approached us. *Dun dun dun* She is as scary as everyone makes her out to be. She asked us our names and if we see our name on "the list." We didn't, which is a good thing. Then she made us look at the list again and find anyone we knew on there. We were given forms to deliver to said people. Kevin's getting a form tomorrow.

Today is awesome because, um, I'm compiling a youtube karaoke playlist of the Wicked soundtrack? Yea, I guess.

Sorry, but i was extraordinarily infirm and i still am, but i feel a little better.

Starting with..

Yesterday..all my troubles seemed so far away..now it looks as though they're here to stay, oh i believe in yesterday.

Lunch..Dominic isn't in our lunch anymore, but now Rex and Josh are! yay!

Spanish..started a new unit on stores and clothing and such..listened to Pants on the Ground at the end of class..what? it has to do with clothes. so there.

when i got home i was sick to my stomach, so i just lied down for an hour or two..meh...

Lunch..sunny as all hell...i was..dare i say it..Blinded by the light. i didn't want to follow the sun, nor did i want the sun to come, and i wasn't saying good day to the sunshine. I wanted the Rain to come. Cait yelled at me for not embracing the sunlight.

History..we were gonna have the Chinese ppl visit that class too, but for some reason they didnt show up...

5 minute advisory...what can you do in 5 minutes? nothing.

Yesterday and Today are both awesome because being sick is totally the bomb. (not really, screw you)

Got a 93 on midterm! started chapter 4.

English

phrases and clauses. easy stuff. tomlin came over and said that 3 freshmen wanted to participate in the beard growing thing for Haiti. then we had to write 6 word definitions of archetype. we sent a message for tomlin to try and he came back with 'bob the builder builds big buildings' or something like that. went through the traits of the archetypal hero for Nemo. I love english class :).

Study

Met Mrs. Croce. there was a different lady in there before. sat with Tyler. communicated with Jami a few times from a distance. Sal is in my study but he is going to try to get an E block study instead apparently. there was an annoying buzzing all the time from either this room or the next. Got all of my homework done AND had time to read and then do nothing after it looked like people were getting ready to leave. Justin was really annoying near the end.

Lunch

Sat and talked with Jami, Kasey, and Whitney. It was fun. Josh was in first lunch and I was in third when originally thought that we were both in second lunch.

Advisory

Talked about signing up for classes. Got milky ways.

Stage Craft

Learned about a stage then had to draw it and label it from memory. but we could get people to help. then we had to get a partner (mine was eric) and we had to draw our rooms from the point of view of a stage. i didnt finish. i wish i got to do this after i finished art skills. Good advice: dont put something on your fingers if you dont know what it is. i got to have a conversation about the class that i had before this (last semester) and then Cinoman had a conversation with a bunch of other people about Chris's hair color and how one of her boyfriends had red hair.

Bus

was texting Josh a lot. talked to Dan about Catching Fire.

Today is awesome because I finished all of my E day homework.

Eric buys the Cure for Cancer

I just got back from Office Max. Guess how much my required USB costs for digital media? 60 bucks. The cure to cancer is somewhere on here, I'll search for it later.

French- Mrs. Petronis asked if any of us wanted to change seats. I was the only one to raise my hand. How embarrassing.

English- Talked about how Nemo and Marlin are archetypal heroes.

Lunch- No more Danielle D: We traded her for Josh and Rex. Fair? Unfair? You decide.

Science- This is Mrs. Blasi's last week teaching us, then some graduate will teach us until may. >:[ Got my midterm back. B+! I stole Nick's pen. He let me keep it, kind of. Angela gave us the best gum in the world. Ferrealz.

Advisory- Stared at my collage. Sat in the dark. Yea.

First day of Stage Craft- Stage craft is fun, especially for someone who likes art. We stared at a model of a stage, then had to redraw it and name all the components from scratch. Mrs. Cinnoman said that I'm a good drawer. Oh, if you only knew. Then we got in partners [Danielle and I were partners] and had to draw our rooms as if they were on stage. The first thing that came to both of our minds was Popular from Wicked. When we finished we waited outside the auditorium for a few minutes until the bell rang. In that few minutes, Chris got my sketchbook back from Mrs. Seagren for me, Kayleigh and I chit-chatted (she's not even in our class) and Mrs. Cinnoman found out Danielle and Chris were a couple. She said she was a nosy teacher. I think I like her.

Today is awesome because my package came in, stage craft is fun, and I got the cure for cancer!

Morning- epic puddles surrunding our school, its good to be tall.

Science- watch a video, it was about the eath and evironmental issues, we watch mostly about the trade of endangered animal.

Chorus- 42 book to memerize and sing. i had to ask, did we anger him in some way?

Band- new trupeter, nicknamed princess (idk)

Lunch- chocolate mint tea, etra chocolate due to josh.

advisory- learned we have to pick classes for next year.

Stagecraft2- i am the only freshman out of 10 people. Next class we are getting a pizza. :) i was also creeped out cause it was rianing so hard u could hear it bounceing of the roof from onstage.

Danielle Witnesses a Storm

Windy morning.

First day of semester 2! First A day again! First day of regular school again.

Eric and Chris brought me to the art room after a while and we hung out in that quiet hallway. We stayed there for a while. Eric found a spider. Then they went to study a few minutes before the bell rang. I stayed in the hallway feeling awkward. Mrs. Seagren awkwardly kinda whispered good morning to me. Then another teacher came by, smiled, and said Good morning loudly.

Art

Boring kinda. Mrs. Seagren is very repetitive. A bunch of people were complaining and claim that they are going to transfer out of her class. I'm afraid to try to do this stuff, I don't want to disappoint her. We got to see Eric's sketch book. Apparently he really didn't get it at first.

Science

Sub. We all failed at technology and we got another teacher to come in and help us put a DVD on the smart board. Watched Time Warped and Dirty Jobs and filled out a paper. Learned Justin T will be in my study class. He called me his study buddy.

Lunch

Talking.

Algebra

Sub. Packet. Almost went on a field trip to get another math teacher to help us with a question then found people in class who knew the answer. Found out Jami will be in my study!! Sean had to erase the board and took forever.

Advisory

Sub. Got out packets to start picking our courses for next year. First time I feel like we all actually socialized naturally! It felt great! We talked about different courses and what we should take.

History

Talked about other history classes both mandatory and electives. Some upperclassman talked to us about 2 of them. Discussed the Philosophy of Man (a course offered every other year) and I felt special because I understood him! I kinda want to take that course now but I have to wait until I'm a senior. Took notes on Greek and Persian stuff.

In the announcements the person said that since there was a power line down or something "their worst nightmare had come true and they might be stuck at woodland" then someone made him say that they weren't stuck there.

Bus

2 people moved their seats because the emergency hatch thing was leaking. We watched the rivers move quickly and nearly overflow. Learned that there was no electricity in a lot of Prospect.

Today is awesome because it was a pretty good day, I got a lot of reading done, and it is the first day of a new term!

First off, Geometry..boring...the new semester doesn't change that. We did a little Trig stuff..Soh-Cah-Toa. still have the notecard from 7th grade for that. so there.

Jazz...i missed this class..a lot.

Band...Ed is in this class now, i guess for the rest of the year. he plays guitar in it...hehe..oh and Ryan is in it too, cept he plays trumpet.

Lunch...the usual stuff..same old same old, just a new semester..

Advisory..we have a new addition to our advisory (i don't quite know why): Kelsey Berberat! Something else happened in it, and i said to myself that i'll put this in the blog post, but i completely forget what it was...

History..Talking about the Persian Wars..and philosophy and random crap like we usually do in History..funfun..the world isn't real, and neither are people. And deaf people think in signs. and Blind people don't dream. and everyone else thinks in English. so there. English wins.

yeah, the rain..trees down..and power out..including mine. it was off for like 2 hours, but it went back on like 30 minutes after i got home..yayish..

Today is awesome, because, like every other monday, even in a new semester, Jazz Ensemble is tonight!

First day of the new semester. It feels like the first day of school again, just with better weather. It's pouring out. Yayyyy.

A Block- Study- Talked with Chris the entire time and read my failblog book. Signs of a good study to come.

B Block- Digital Media- The teacher talked the entire time. I'm sort of apprehensive about mentioning his name just because he's involved in communications and he asked us all of we have twitter/Skype/blogs. I didn't raise my hand when he asked if we had a blog because I was nervous. :P Eventually he ran out of things to talk about, so for the last 20 minutes we got to do whatever. Chris went on websites and I read. I really don't know whether or not I'll like this class or not. Whatever. We may or may not have gotten an essay assigned. I really don't know.

Lunch- It felt like we were missing people. We probably were. There isn't as much free space at the tables as there was last semester :/ Apparently Mrs. Seagren showed my sketchbook to Danielle's class and said the first few weren't good. -Sigh-

Geometry- Same old same old.

Advisory- It's been so long! I missed it. We got the packet with the courses for next year and we need to sign up for them. Kim got different colored contacts. No more Erdal :p It felt like we were missing someone. Mrs. Lengyel said somehow the lights in our room gave her headaches. As soon as she said that, I got one too. We turned the lights off.

History- Seating issues at the beginning. I eventually ended up three seats down, next to Jami, which is good. Apparently Athenian's celebration for victory or something like that is the woman, children, and grandparents dress up in armor and pretend they're warriors, but they don't fight. I told Danielle that it was good that they don't fight because my grandma would get confused and think it's dinner. Talked to Angela on the way to my locker.

Today is awesome because the rain. The glorious rain.

Btw, I have a feeling the Naugatuck river is going to flood again.

Bake Shop

Presented the project. not too sure how i did. we had about 3 minutes left after presentations and that was when one person didnt do the project. a lot of people made chocolate chip cookies.

Break

Talking and traveling.

Health

Study. hung out with eric, chris, and josh. got oreos and got offers peanut butter crackers by eric and josh. eric was teaching me art stuff and gave me pictures to put at the beginning of my sketch book.

Locker/Bus

Gave eric, chris, josh, and kevin a peanut butter bar (my bake shop final). Then on the bus i had to sit with Emily cuz the seating arrangement got screwed up. Then i gave emily, dan, cassie, and (though i almost forgot) james each a peanut butter bar. I'm so sorry James, but I'm used to being able to see you and it screwed me up when I couldn't.

Today is awesome because it is the last day of midterms! And we all survived!

Science Final- Did ok. I was the first to finish. Angela was waiting in the room. I said hi.

Break- Talked with 3 different groups of people. We ended up abandoning Angela because she had to wait on the second floor, and about everyone else had to go to the third.

Study- Danielle and Chris joined Josh and I because they had nothing for Health. We talked. I gave Danielle 3 valuable sketches to put in her sketchbook when she goes to art. Hopefully Mrs. Seagren will know they're by me. And hopefully she remembers that I still need my sketchbook back.

Lockers- Danielle gave me a peanut butter bar! C'est delicieux.

Today is awesome because it's the last day of midterms, and the last day of the semester! :D

Danielle Likes to Read Directions

Sorry quick post again. Anyway, I had a good testing day today!

Morning

Talking.

French

Pretty easy test. Got animal crackers at the end. Had to fill out a sheet about how much I studied and stuff. Oh, and we had a few minutes at the beginning to write on a cheat sheet without using notes or anything. Passed out some papers. Added to my folder. Then Josh added to my folder.

Break

talked. got half of a Reese's peanut butter cup from Josh (I slipt the one that I got with Chris because he was begging).

English

Saw Sal at the beginning and end getting and the returning laptops with other people. At the beginning he told me to do good on the test and at the end he asked me how I did. I like having friends who care :) . Well, we were given 2 answers after i was almost finished with the multiple choice and they were both ones that I had already gotten right. And this is pretty much the only test that I read all of the directions for and I'm glad that I did. In the first set of directions I was told that "no animals were harmed in the making of this exam". And in another set it said something like "look atthe sentences below the directions. i bet you noticed the numbers above some of the words. if so, good. did you think that those words were important? then you're right, very good!" then shortly after that they became normal directions and I got disappointed. anyway, I think I did ok on that test. surprisingly.

oh, and Dan finished the hunger games yesterday. Oh, and for some reason on both tests at one point I started to fill in answers on the wrong line. I fixed them all though. I think that's about it.

Today is awesome because I had good tests and no studying to do!

French Mid-Term- I think I did ok... We got to see our grade folders for the first time since we made them. Mine still has the chex mix and 13 Paper Games by Jay Asher Collins. :]

Break- Went all stalkerish on Rhiannon.

English Mid-Term- I think I did so-so... :/ Steve had issues with his pencils.

Today is awesome because of my new converters, which hopefully actually work.

normal driver again. talked to Dan a little about the Hunger Games. Talked to Eric and Chris a little then talked to Angela too. Before class Skigen talked to me, eric, angela, and chris. he asked chris if he was a bad kid and said that he didnt trust him. then he told me that my homework was to do something to get grounded. then i told him that ive been grounded before and he said nevermind.

Said the pledge of allegiance in a different class room than usual. Easy test. Had over half an hour left at the end which i wasted because I had history next. I could've been reading the 39 clues book instead. Skigen watched whitney play games on angela's itouch for a while. at one point he called mary up to watch with him.

Break

Sat in the cafe with eric and chris. then we couldnt decided whether to go to tomlin's room or in our hallway. when we decided to go down our hallway the bell rang.

History

wasn't quite as bad as i thought it would be. hells bells was playing because tomlin thought it would fit the mood. then there was other music that i liked on and he turned it off. he said to me while checking my note card that minimal is best but i had most of the card filled in (but true it wasnt really much info). he also said something different to everyone as he passed out the tests. he said "ello" to me. also the multiple choice letters to one question were " e n j o" and a lot of kids questioned it.

Anyway, I was in a pretty good mood today. I think that I covered everything.

Today is awesome because the history midterm is over!

First off, Band midterm..easy peasy..it was like breathing..except for one question i didn't know the answer to.......talked with Jake about the new song he recorded..then i showed him the song that a family friend dragged me into helping him record. fun. Kevin and Cait played chess..Cait won..with a little help from her friends..aka Mr. St.Georges.

Break, mostly stayed in the band room and watched the dramatic finish to the chess match..and ate pretzels with Josh. fun.

History exam..easy..i think..i hope..i think i did pretty well on it if i do say so myself..

After school, i had to get something from Mr. Amato that i missed on Friday (cuz i wasn't here u don't recall), and in the process of doing so, missed my bus. but i knew i was gonna miss my bus cuz they leave like ninjas. you gotta get out there quick. so i called my mom to some pick me up..hung with Josh (he had football, but not for like an hour) until she got there.

Today is awesome cuz that freaking History exam is over with!

Morning- Talked, and, well, yea... Skigen told us that redheads = trouble.

Danielle Begins Midterms

Gonna try to post every day this week.

Anyway, had 2 different sub bus drivers today. 1st one picked everyone up really late. 2nd took a wrong turn and took us down a street so we could turn around. (1st in the morning 2nd in the afternoon.)

In the morning I talked to Angela a little and got to hold Eric's project for art!

Study

Looked over science. Wrote answers on a paper to help study. Talked to Tyler. Watched Tyler try to take the moron test (or something like that) on his itouch.

Break

Talked to Josh and Nick. Chris came to school.

Science

Test. Probably the one I will do the best on a I think I at least nearly failed. I know that I did the graph wrong cause I was an idiot.
Happier stuff from science: Someone asked where the pencil sharpener was and Mr. M said that it was behind me and he was having me guard it. Also, Pat had to sit next to me cause there were 2 other people at his table and since Erdal left I'm the only one at mine.

So, it was a quiet, kinda depressing day.

Today is awesome because we got to leave early.

Morning- Danielle has a new sweatshirt color =o Someone add that to the list.

Last Art Skills 1- Did a small project, did my 1-minute interview. 100 =OO I'm gonna miss art =[ But now I can participate vicariously through Danielle.

20 Minute Break- Talked to Jami, Alicia, Kasey, Kevin. Apparently everyone else was on the third floor... But our lockers are on the second...

Last Gym- Had a silent study with Nicole and Lindsey. Didn't really do anything but read my Failblog book.

I stayed after for Geometry help with Steve, Donald, Mike, Ian, Giye, Kirk, and Vigan. Then I brought Steve home.

Today is awesome because I don't have gym for another year, I got home an hour and a half earlier, and I basically did nothing all day.

Today is notsome because I don't have art anymore :[

First off, Geometry midterm..did okay on it i guess...had a couple problems that i didn't get to..but you know..

Jazz Improvisation midterm! Yay for easy things that i know! It was all written, no playing, and there was a lot of writing, lots of essay questions and such, but it was easy cuz, you know.

Last day of Art- Did more of my final project. Mrs. Seagren wanted to keep my sketchbooks for a while to show parents she conferences with what an A sketchbook looks like. I miss them already.

Geometry- Raised my quiz grade from failing to passing. 28 points :O

and so i don't have to put it every five seconds, there was talk about the midterms in all of my classes today. Yes, all of them.

Geometry..nothing special cept for my usual space-outs..oh and for some reason i realized that Mrs. Giacomi almost a tiny bit reminds me of a female version Walter Bishop (from Fringe)

Jazz/Chorus..played through the songs with the chorus for our concert tonight..then back to jazz for a little more playing there..nothing else exciting that i can remember..

Lunch..more ukulele stuff...found out that Casey is allergic to nuts..and i sat next to him with my Nick's Mix. hehe. oh and that Cait's alter ego is Bird Girl..hehehehe..oh yeah and the Schwinds quizzed me on Beatles stuff..they tricked me on one of the questions...

Advisory..watched some person doing sand painting thing..it was really awesome..i didn't know ppl could do that with sand..

Morning- Got critiqued on my Paul McCartney drawing by... everyone.

French- Debated whether a picture a kid was looking at in the book was his mom or his girlfriend.

English- Talked about cats and dogs.

Lunch- Angela and I swapped seats with Chris and Danielle without their permission. =] Talked about the Percy Jackson movie and more cat stories! And revenge. Nick didn't realized we swapped seats so he accidentally gave his Nick's Mix to Danielle.

Science- Graded things. Did a pre-CAPT. Graded more things. It was fun.

Advisory- Sat in the dark and talked about going-away parties. At least two people are guaranteed to be transferring schools within our advisory. We just don't know when.

After school I had to stay in my sister's car for an hour. I did a really good drawing in my sketchbook. Originally it was going to be of a rich man. It ended up being a poor, Asian woman. I don't know either. Kasey and some other drama students were folding a curtain or something outside so I said hi.

Today is awesome because only one week left until no more gym!

Today is notsome because only one week left until no art and study =/ I have another study but I really like the study I'm in. And I'm looking forward to digital media but I really like art.

Talked to Angela and Eric about pets and then Percy Jackson.

Bake Shop

Got our papers for the exam work. Make chocolate chip cookies. Hung out with most of my group for a while.

Advisory

Talked about midterms. From now until they begin we will be studying in advisory and it will not be fun. Mr. Cooper will mostly spend the time yelling at everyone to pay attention cause everyone will be getting distracted, like today.

Health

Didn't end up having our test today. Worked on chapter 4. I couldn't finish. I hope that I can do alright on this test and I hope that we end up finishing in time so we don't need to take a midterm in this class.

Its just another manic Monday

First off, Gym, played these two variants of dodgeball..they were fun i guess, if i weren't lazy of course.

English..talking about dogs, cats, girls, boys, essays, mid-terms, and the like. you know, the usual english stuff..i'll let the other ppl go into more detail about it (if they post for once!)

Lunch..sunny yet again..i was blinded by the light..revved up like a deuce, another runner in the night..today Angela accompanied me to the vending machine (because Dominic was too lazy!) come to find out that the pretzels (honey mustard yum yums) were out of stock...and i had put my dollar in before i realized it..oh well..i bought something else (yes i know theres a button that gives u ur money back)

Science..CAPT preparation or something? more midterm prep..whatnot..

Advisory..had the counselor talk to us about studying and guess what? the midterms!

Spanish..everyone was silly today..review...then a quiz..and guess what yet again?! midterm preparations!!

Hey yall! happy friday!

First off, waking up. i got all dressed and ready before i turned on the news and Scott Haney mentioned snow and i was like OMG YEAH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO SNOW! so i checked the cancellations and it turns out i had a delay, but i couldn't go back to sleep because i was already dressed..so i just went on the computer and played on my Wii.

Geometry..boring..but the particular thing that we're doing is fun i guess..josh was enjoying it a little too much for Geometry..its impossible to be excited in that class...

Jazz..as i was walking down the hallway Mr. Lewis and Mr. St.Georges were arguing (joking around) because Mr. Lewis had to steal me during Jazz to practice with the Chorus cuz the concerts on tuesday! nothing out of the ordinary happened during Jazz/Chorus that i can remember.

Band..you know the usual stuff..nothing new

Lunch- Shared my dream where I was in a hit and run accident and then pulled into a car and then put on a bus with a mixture of kids both alive and dead. Danielle was there! We talked on skype even though she was right next to me. The lady who hit me pushed the bus into a lake and we all died. And then turns out when you die people can still hear you but can't see you. Ms. Blasi, while playing badminton in my backyard, said it was a shame. Then I woke up.

Heyhey! I'm currently watching the TSG (Thespeedgamers) Mega DVD! (its basically behind-the-scenes recordings from the TSG Megaman Marathon. I finally have a chance to watch it!

First off, gym. There was a blood drive going on in the gym, so we couldn't do anything gymish..so we just sat on the floor and did nothing. I jammed on my ipod the entire time, startin off with some Beatles, then some Maksim, a little Rush, Billy Joel, some Blink 182, Steely Dan, Foo Fighters, all the good stuff basically.

English, learned some stuffing about Essays..yay i suppose.

Lunch...Sunny yet again..what else happened...i forget..

Science..did our solar oven lab of epicness...funfun! Heat lamps and more blinding light!

Advisory..discussed midterms a little..other random stuff like having Mr. Lewis teaching Matt the chords to some song that he'll be playing as accompaniment at the chorus concert. (i'll be accompanying on the piano too! please go and watch if you go to Woodland!

Hey y'all! i'm currently eating an ice cream cone! yummy!

First off..geometry, boring i suppose..i spaced out, and Mrs. Giacomi called on me, and she said something along the lines of "Were you dreaming about yesterday, when all your troubles seemed so far away?" (she knows i'm a Beatles fan)

Jazz..substitute...(for band too, but i think u can conclude that)..got another new song..its pretty cool actually..i was the only one who can sightread really well (cept for Elliot, but he still had to transpose his) so i was the only one that was able to play the head on that song..in the middle of practicing it, Mr. Lewis brings me, Sam, and Jake into the Chorus room to play/get a feel for the songs (we're accompanying the Chorus, me on Piano, Sam on Bass, and Jake on drums, but only for a couple songs..a few other ppl are playing too...when i got back to Jazz, we just jammed for the rest of the class..

Band..sub as i said above, so we played through the songs..and failed cuz, no offense to them, but Julia and Katherine (the juniors who are like the leaders of the class i guess you could say; they conducted in place of Mr. St.Georges) aren't as good as Mr. St.Georges, but i don't blame them, he gets payed for doing it =P

Lunch..more Ukulele antics..i forget what else happened..

Delay today. First one of the year :o

Art- Did about an inch total of shading [that's bad.] Whitney and I talked about Glee.

Gym- We got to do what we wanted, so Nicole and I threw a frisbee. I have to admit, I'm getting better. I'm getting better, all the time. Actually, one time I threw it and it ended up in the trash can, and another frisbee got stuck in the bleachers. We didn't bother getting it.

There was a fire alarm about a foot and a half away from where Nicole was standing, and I came so close to hitting it with a Frisbee so many times. :/

Then I realized only two more weeks of this torture, and I felt better. :] -End of semester is in two weeks-

Lunch- Debated whether we had advisory today or not. I agreed I would give Whitney one of Angela's coffee cakes if she asked Dr. Frank. She did.

Angela didn't bring coffee cakes today ;) I gave her Macaroni and Cheese crackers instead.

Danielle Has a Bad First Day Back

Hi! I've missed you all and this blog. I'm glad to be back to blogging, not so glad to be back to school. I hope you all had a great break and enjoyed what you could of our videos and post (thank you Nick).

Anyway, some background that some of you will need before I continue describing my day. My last day of break was awful. Practically everything went wrong and I got really stressed.
1. I had to do my history essay that I got assigned before break that day because I was stupid and procrastinated (but I enjoyed it at the time) and I hated myself all day for procrastinating.
2. I forgot that my trial for Word that came with my laptop ran out.
3. Decided to type the essay in Wordpad and have Eric convert it to Word for me and send it back so I could print it (he usually has me print his stuff for him that's why I didn't just have him print it.
4. Realized that there was no more black ink in the printer and later found out that we didn't have any to replace it.
5. Was gonna have Eric change my essay and his to a really dark gray and send it back so I could print it. (his idea)
6. Eric's word wouldn't open.
7. Was going to email the essay when I was done and he would print it from his home computer.
8. Finally finished and at around the time I was hoping to.
9. Eric told me I did it wrong. (I followed the weekly outline rather than the 3 points I forgot he gave us)
10. Retyped the essay (the right way) and finally finished around 11.

Then I only ended up getting about 2 hours of sleep. But, there was late opening, so that was good. Anyway, sorry to bore you but I wanted to let you know that yesterday was bad, too. Now onto the real story.

Study

Was going to start English work, but Chris stole my book and started reading from there cause he didn't have his. I read Catching Fire instead.

Science

Computer lab. Got a pretty good amount of my project done. I think it's coming along fairly well. Chatted with Mr. M for a while.

Lunch

Explained my sad story at the beginning of this post to Angela (sorry for that by the way). Talked randomly to people.

Algebra

Too weird and cool at the same time to explain most of the time. Someone had a never-ending bubble wrapper thing and had Skigen try it. We learned that today is the anniversary of the day that he joined the marines. Took notes. Played with a cool calculator-thing that we almost immediately had to put back after getting. Learned that we're smarter than the Algebra 2 class (which is saying something cause they are 2 years ahead of us in math). My number is 19! (You wouldn't get it unless you were in the class.)

No Advisory (after much debate for 2 classes this was finally decided)

History

Fun. Too weird and cool at the same time to explain most of the time. Again (yes, I did just copy and paste it). Athens. Can't get our tests back for a long time now since he forgot them the last Tuesday we were in school when he was supposed to bring them in. Chris handed my essay in along with a few others then came back with a homework packet only for himself. What a waste. Couldn't figure out how to get his binder put together.

Bus Ride

Interesting. Mike was playing with Emily's new itouch a lot.

Anyway, I'm so glad to be home, but I have a lot of work to do tonight too and things are still going wrong. I still need to print things, so I hope my dad gets ink. The cable randomly went out.

Lunch...Rebecca randomly pulled out a ukulele (electric ukulele, which makes it even awesomer) and started playing Beatles songs on it...fun..
